1. Do you offer services for vehicle painting or large-scale models?
We'd be more than happy to paint your tanks, monsters and larger-scaled figures! Please contact us to discuss our prices for specialized commission work.
2. How long does your service take?
Depending on the scale of a project and the backlog of orders, turn-around time is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, to be discussed with our team before your order is placed. In general, we can promise no sooner than seven business days, in order to provide a quality you can trust.
3. How are my models protected in transit?
In order to protect our customers' models, we send a model case after the order has been input, at which point the customer sends us their models in the case. Once the models have been varnished and allowed to dry, they are sent back in the same case.
4. Can I keep the case afterwards?
You may, provided you pay a restocking fee for the case!
5. Do you do non-gaming figures?
If you are interested in a repainting of a scale figure or bust, please contact our team about individualized commissions!
